Free Online Consultation to Aid with Your Mental Health

Mental health matters as much as physical health.

Mental health matters as much as physical health. If you are experiencing problems with your mental health, your entire well-being can be affected, the way you think, how you act, your mood, and your overall behavior towards others.

Unfortunately, COVID-19 has significantly increased the mental health needs of individuals which created the demand for immediate action. This is why the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. in partnership with UNFPA Philippines launched a mental health program to aid individuals who are in need of mental health assistance.

PMHA Community-Based Mental Health Program offers one-on-one consultations and group counseling sessions with a mental health professional. These specialized services target individuals who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or emotional distress which may be starting to or has already affected their everyday life. It’s also open to women and children who have experienced or are experiencing gender-based violence. This program provides a safe space for individuals to talk about their mental health issues without the fear of being judged.

All consultations are 100% free and confidential. For one-on-one consultations, you may send them a message via Viber at 09617173855 or through PMHA’s  Facebook Messenger. You may also email them at pmha.mhpss4women&children@gmail.com.  For group sessions, you may book a slot by filling up this form at bit.ly/PMHAGroupSessions.

Hotlines are open from Monday to Friday,8 am to 5 pm. For more details about this program, you may contact them at pmha.mhpss4womenandchildren@gmail.com or text them at 09155262622 (Globe) / 09184029832 (Smart).
